Yes, he feels like he lost the right to wear his uniform when he used it in protest. So, he’s refusing to wear his uniform out of respect for his fellow Service Members. He informed his command of this, he was then ordered to wear his uniform and he didn’t.

The Defense Casualty Analysis System is reporting 443 wounded in “overseas operations.” This is an increase of 29 wounded. All the new wounded are Navy personnel. A total of 861 wounded are being reported in the Iran War. A total of 19 dead are reported, I have media confirmation of 21 dead.
