the photographer : the photo (they cheated their way through the maze and kept taking hilarious photos of my sad lost ass)

screenshot of sam's ghost atop a tower, camera out, pointing down at me miles below them sad and lost and alone.

screenshot showing the photo they took. my very small and far away ghost is just visible over one of the maze walls through the fog as i try to find my way. the pleading face emoji eyes really make it. I laughed so hard I cried at this picture.

I baked some sweetcorn fritter muffins yesterday (recipe from BBC food) and they turned out surprisingly delicious, despite me not being a huge fan of sweetcorn and also not having some of the listed ingredients to hand!

i received this gorgeous commission from a friend of a friend of a scene from my (NSFW!) Temenos/Crick fanfiction, "The Only Heaven I'll Be Sent To" and i can't stop looking at it!! 🥰✨🫶 Full image here (ALSO NSFW!): poipiku.com/12888011/12552970.html #OctopathTraveler2 #Crimenos #クリテメ #ficart

Paraphrased scene from my fanfiction, describing the full image (click the link in the post to see the full thing!):
"Temenos leads Crick to the centre of the atrium, where the aisle ends and the altar on its pedestal looks down over all. Crick is told to stand there, and he does, trying not to think about where he is—what he's doing—the blood rushing to his cock—anything.

The marbled colours of the stained glass window shine unrepentantly down upon him now, and he looks down at himself; the pinks washing over his chest, the blue hint on one shoulder, the edge of purple just veering across his stomach before the harsh shadow of the altar eclipses it.

Temenos is looking too, appraising Crick from one side, the other, the front, all the while with his thumb and forefinger placed thoughtfully at his chin."

happy (or not-so-happy, as the case may be) #WIPWednesday! (TW for uh...gore...) #OctopathTraveler2

Temenos's hand squelched through blood and muscle, his knuckles knocking against ribs as he was forced to reach deeper, past his wrist, to his forearm, the blood ice cold and the sharp, coppery smell making him retch. He yelped and tried to escape, but the viscous viscera was sucking him in, the ribs closing around his arm like a vice, and he felt his hand reach something new, something that fit in his palm just enough that he could close his fingers around its soft edges.
