The plan is to not do a single thing you do not want to do, spend time with people who empty you more than fill you, and remember how hard you have worked to gain self-esteem. My kid broke it down for me. If this were not a relative, would you want to spend time or ask their opinion? Probably not.

I am improving. I see a chiropractor through my pain management doctor and she really showed me how much of this is spinal compression. Anyway, the energy is so-so, but I’m using it more wisely so I don’t burn out. How is your world???

This is one of my favorite authors. Corrie ten Boom was a beautiful human. Her Christian family hid Jews and paid dearly. She said Jesus commanded them to. Her family did not survive the camps; camps that a current authoritarian government finds acceptable — in some capacity, today.

That is so funny. I am working through the exhaustion. I had amazing news. My cortisol level more than tripled since I had it checked in August. My energy should improve! We are in a whirlwind of change & finishing the second renovation in 4 years. Footing feels unpredictable & I hate that.

I’m struggling. I have slept 21/24 hours for the past several days. I literally can’t stay awake. My body is going through magnificent changes and I know that requires energy. My cortisol level is FIVE POINTS higher than three months ago. I am healing — it is just exhausting. Send pizza & movers!
