Iirc one of them was purchased by someone who couldn’t halter train them, so she asked the rescue to take them bc she didn’t want the horse to end up sent to auction. I’m still perpetually baffled by the backlash when there was more than enough evidence, even before DNA proved it

It was so wild because worst case, it wasn’t a prze horse? It wasn’t harming anything or anyone to claim it might be one, and besides they’re so distinct 😭

Right?? When I asked my husband about this, he said “it looks just like the horses in cave paintings.” It’s really hard to mistake them for anything else!

They were proven by DNA to be Przewalski's horses, and it would seem they ended up at auction unintentionally😭 the male here is Shrek, unfortunately the female Fiona passed away of old age

Does anyone else up with internet tomfoolery recall when a couple of ranches came across weird horses, claimed they were Przewalski's, and people did not believe them? In fact, it was so bonkers the owners had to lock comments due to the insane harassment. One of the horses in question:

Saw a fledgling mourning dove on a walk. Not more than a few minutes later, we passed a prowling outdoor cat :( always remember that the lives of our wild neighbors, no matter how small, are important. Keep your pets leashed, supervised and/or indoors!

Yes! It smells lemony vanilla-y! It really is amazing how fragrant they are, and there’s a breed of Oncidium that even smells like chocolate :3

I tried many flavors of pawpaw in ur honor……

111

Maybe next year if wanna make plans and commute over we could go! It was very fun 😭

110

Very cool! I’ve heard of the Ale8 but have yet to try it haha

010

Sweet! Yeah we’re at the local one, but any pawpaw fest is a good pawpaw fest, I would think! 🤤

011

Yeah that’s the part that blows the most. You as the seller have no more insight into what’s going on than the buyer does, and there isn’t anything you can do. Ugh

I had a plant get lost for a week in the hottest part of summer here, and when I reached out to the seller she said in her 20 years or so of business she’d never had that happened. Luckily it did arrive and some friends picked it up for me but the expedited shipping alone cost more than the plant :/

110

Oh man I’m so sorry. That bites! Custom art is like, the one of the worst things for the mail to loose :/

110

That’s so awful?? I’m waiting on stickers and the tracking hasn’t moved since they arrived at the first sorting facility, and they were due today. It still says due today, even. In all my years it’s never been a problem :/
