Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Omg, I’ve never seen her so young and beautiful. Could you please share this art or the artist’s name with me? 100
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Congratulations! I’m glad we have such talented authors in the new generation of Vertigo. It seems this is the thing that will draw the new face of the imprint:3 010
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026There are no direct versions that are close to the show. Titans in the comics differ stylistically and by the team members. Plus, there’s the timing issue. But you can catch some similar vibes with the 2003 and 2016 series. Also, you might like Stormwatch(2011) for their wild vibes. 110
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Ok, and what would you like to study first? Team, topic, style, any issue:3 100
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026It depends on which hero, team, or mood you want to capture. Plus, what do you already know about DC? Have you watched any movies, played any games? 100
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026(but much better) P.S. Don’t kill me! I’m a comic book fan, but this is really funny. However, Sentai has always been the perfect topic for this discussion. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Sorry if this is too superficial. The phrase limit in these places kills my ability to communicate. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026What I mean, your phrase: >will be a hit >won’t happen… You believe in this contradiction. Our brains don’t like contradictions, and when they occur, we spend time trying to resolve it. So, Make sure that the first question doesn’t negate the second one, even at the level of thoughts. No fear. 100
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 08/10/2026It’s always a balance between two questions: 1)Who/what am I doing this for? 2)How does this work within the rest of my life? We all want some love, money, success all at once - that’s who we are. But you can’t combine these things in the long term. You either die at work or do it at your own pace. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I gree, but they're not selling Absolute this way. I mean, zero "go read our creepy tales" in any advertising at all. So, they don't have to... 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 05/10/2026My deepest condolences to every TMNT fan. You were the main bastion of quality in the big comic book worlds. It’s our fault. Let’s hope that the future will be bright and you’ll be able to avoid the tragedy of the merger. DC is a wonderful world, and I’d love to see a new crossover. But not this way. 010

Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 02/10/2026This was the era of the community as such. We didn’t have a fanbase in the modern sense back in the 40s. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 01/10/2026V for Vendetta vibes are strong! We need some crossover section with V/Eve and John/Rae...wait, does it mea...Trigon is a new...ok, ok, he is! 000

Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Actually, Waylon is a reverse case. The setting is not part of the dialogue, because Croc can live anywhere, as the embodiment of the “achievements” of modern society. His tragedy is the bias that forces him to remain a monster, without a chance to become better. And it’s a big story behind him. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 01/10/2026This is one of the reasons why I always talk about cosmology. People take DC as a bunch of separate stories that can take any form, as if they were...like a myths. This is an honest as part of the approach, but it doesn’t let us take it complexities, such as the Monitors, the evolutionary history... 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 01/10/2026I like your point, but that doesn’t mean we don’t get stuck in different areas due to money, incompetence, or poor decisions by the authors. DC is evolving. This means making difficult decisions, such as whether to kill a hero or let go. Today, they are supposed to change, but DC is resisting this. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Are you using this in the context of some internal plan that Joker uses within his “jokes”? Or is it about the feeling of understanding that there are things much greater than himself, and that confuses him? 100
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Lol, are these his words? Did he really say that? Give me a screenshot, I want to see it! 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 19/09/2026Happy "Where is my dad oh here with a psycho clown on the flag...and he doesn't need help, Superman!" day! 010
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Hah, it works even on an internal level. Ask these so-called DC fans what they really know about Vertigo or Wildstorm. No, don’t tell me about WildCATS or The Sandman. Titles that aren’t talked about but are still a huge part of the world. They are incompetent, and that’s the big problem here. 000
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 18/09/2026“the good” is a very incorrect choice of words. They call Earth 3 evil because, literally, mostly terrible things happen there at every level of life, and the foundations of morality work differently. The main world is an ordinary world. “The good” ones are things like Batman’66, for example. 010
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 14/09/2026There are quite a lot of them, but why are you asking specifically? Do you need help with a particular era or a comparison with reality? 010

Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 10/09/2026I knew nothing about Alexandra Grant and Matt Kindt philosophy, and the enchanting art of Natacha Bustos before this comic... Now, with each new issue, Nano feels like one of the most atmospheric and beautiful comics in my life. This is a rare feeling. Slice of life+spy/war drama caught me. #Nano 000

Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Yeah, even if you try to rate him neutrally, his legacy is just a list of projects that were cancelled or released with a significant delay. This is literally everything he did from an art lover point. Even today, with MAWS S4, Get Jiro, The Batman persistent uncertainties. 010

Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 05/09/2026It’s funny, the overall story of Bizarro is actually very fitting for Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, if you think about it in terms of his evolution and (in the literal sense) degradationXD 020
Quadrant 2999 @quadrant2999.bsky.social · 05/09/2026One of my favorite facts, they made a semi-documentary semi-comics adaptation titled For Madmen Only in honor of his death. There’s no direct connection to the plots of the Wastelands, but they use a similar type of narrative. Plus, there’s a lot about creating a comic and Del himself. 110
