Following surgery to remove a melanoma, Robb Flemming turned to QCH Emergency when bleeding wouldn't stop "From the reception area to the triage dept to the plastic surgeon who finally stopped the bleeding, the empathy, genuine concern, and professionalism displayed by the staff was outstanding"

Better access to mental health care starts with better connections. The Mental Health SCOPE (Strengthening Outpatient Psychiatry Collaboration & Efficiency) trial is improving access to outpatient psychiatry by making referrals easier and strengthening communication with primary care providers.

An electrical plug in our Childbirth Unit caught fire and a Code Red was called. A nurse quickly swooped in and extinguished the fire, and all our patients and staff are safe.  (A huge call out to nurses on Nursing Week – they truly do it all — even firefighting!) 1/3

AMAZING hospital. Well beyond expectations on patient care, all the way around. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful and went beyond call of duty. From the front desk, to nurses & doctor, for a day surgery. Congrats, amazed the whole crew is singing from the same quality handbook.
