I bought a fishing magnet and took it on a camping trip. I thought I'd be using it in the water but ended up using it in our campsite. Keep this in mind the next time you're walking barefoot, riding a bike, or inflating a mattress or water toy. This was just on the surface w/o disturbing the soil.

Stump grinding a lot of stumps can be expensive, and these two would be hard to get to. I drilled a lot of holes, added worms, and kept it covered. A few years later and I have even more worms working 24/7 for free. I just add a little squirt of water every once in a while.

I hate disposable stuff. Here's a couple of things I do to avoid that. Washable microfiber rags instead of Swiffer pads. I don't do K-cups for coffee but my wife does. I bought a niffty K-cup cutting tool and process about a weeks worth of coffee grounds for my worm bins at a time.
