I've been doing a lot of reflection lately. Mostly looking back at how things (I) used to be before going to therapy. Sometimes it can be quite painful...and sometimes it can be quite cringeworthy. A big old "yikes" if you will.

Two years ago today (April 8, 2024) I stood at the Northernmost Point of PEI and witnessed the total solar eclipse. It’s something that I will never forget. No audio for privacy reasons, but rest assured that we were nerding out. Re-uploaded with a watermark of sorts because I don’t want it stolen.

Delayed tdov post. A lot has changed in 15 years.

Top/First picture: 2011/age 21. Nowhere close to figuring things out. Suffering from extreme dysphoria and my mental health is awful. Absolutely hate myself.

Bottom/Second picture: 2026/age 35. I’ve been out as non-binary since 2016. Almost 2 years on hrt. Dysphoria is not nearly as bad and mental health is better.

Happy Friday. I like to call this my cursed cat hoodie, due to their various facial expressions. Safe to say I like cats.

One day in 2021, I did a surprise trade with someone in Pokémon Sword (or Shield). This is what I received. #Pokémon #PokémonSword #PokémonSwordandShield #PokémonShield #Trubbish

Everyone knew that the economy was (t)rubbish.

First, a description of Trubbish: Trubbish is a Poison-type Pokémon resembling a dark green garbage bag tied at the top, with the knot forming ear-like shapes. It has oval eyes and jagged triangular teeth that look like broken glass. It's arms appear as trash spilling from small tears in the bag, with pink and blue objects sticking out. The feet are short and dark green.

The attached picture is a screenshot of the Pokémon Trubbish (which has the nickname of "The Economy") standing on a glowing turquoise platform surrounded by sparkling light, after being received in a trade. The caption reads, "Take good care of The Economy!"
