To increase the @ethereum.org runway, I propose that Optimism, Uniswap, Mantle, Arbitrum, Gnosis, and ENS each donate a $100 million in assets to the Ethereum Foundation. It would not only be a gesture of giving back but setting up the ecosystem for long-term success.

After the Criticial Decentralization Clusters at 35c3, 36c3, and 37c3, now the term "critical decentralization" made it into the 38c3 community CfP.

the central-european timezone spans from 33.5 east in norway to -9.3 west in spain. that is 2.85 timezones in one, meaning that the solar noon/midnight is almost 3 hours apart but yet the clocks show the same thing.

the french election results are so confusing that i had to do some reading. for visualization i plotted the hypothetical german parliament composition compared by german and french system (using recent eu data, proportional vs direct winner). spot the difference?
