I was on Zoloft for a long time. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit for me but I hope it is for you! (I had no negative reactions, it just didn’t work out). My biggest tip is that SSRI’s can cause things like jaw clenching. Unclench that jaw as often as you can.

I'm happy I don't use Spotify anymore but I will say, my biggest complaint about Tidal is that most of the time it will NOT warn you if you've already added a song to a playlist. It's oblivious to overlapping songs.
