Okay, I know you think that this is your big hitter because no one wants to waste time on you anymore, but yeah, it is. Sure it can detect chromosomes, or what ever, but dna tests are not being conducted on such trivial matters. In the real world, people don’t give a shit about your chromosomes

That just isn’t how biology works. You can’t use “dna” to identify gender, and humans have such drastic variation, there is no one look. Like you said, cis people still get misgendered, but when they do, people usually don’t drag their feet and claim they were justified, they apologize and move on
