Mousetrap 9 - Going back to thriller / mystery dramas. Mega good acting from Ryu Jun-yeol who had to play multiple roles in that one. Pacing and writing was really good, made us wondering what's going on for the whole time. Some ppl didn't like the ending, it could've been better but still okie !

Lost in Starlight 8 - Not spoiling the ending but let's just say that it could've gone either way but the whole movie had really nice visuals and music overall ! A pretty good watch even tho imo on some parts the pacing was slowing down a bit !

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas 8 - It aged very well and still shows how crazy WW2 was. The acting of the kids was what stood out imo. Just a good movie that recalls the monstrosity of such an event

God's Crooked Lines 7.75 - Not quite an 8 bcs the plot was a bit confusing on a first watch so we were left wondering "wtf is happening" for a good amount of the movie. The climax / later half was good but by then we were just getting impatient to get the actual answer

Dead Poets Society 8.75 - I can't believe this movie is from 1989 because it aged pretty well imo (as in you're not cringing watching it). I always loved poetry even after school so that movie def got me curious. Acting was very good (just not the parents) and pacing also great !

Our Beloved Summer 8.75 - I think the later half of the drama was dragging on a bit but otherwise it was still an amazing & emotional show ! It's been a while since I've watched a show with great OSTs as well ! They also had a pretty stacked roster for the actors !

The East Palace 8.5 - A bit in an "investigation" trend ! This one is mixed with some not too scary horror elements but I loved the soundtrack, the choreography for the fights and also I'm glad that they didn't force any romance between the characters ! 8 episodes so pacing was good !!

The Sheep Detectives 8.5 - Good movies can sometimes just be simple. The movie was overall very chill and I was surprised that the CGI was actually really clean ! Reminded me a lot of a "PG" version of Knives Out which I also really liked (the first movie tho).

Boyfriend on Demand 6.5 - I was debating if the rating should be higher but Jisoo's acting wasn't the best imo. The writing was OK for half of the show and the other half was just a mess... The side characters had WAY too much screen time for some reason as well. Overall, not quite there !

Project Hail Mary 9.5 - Pretty much close to perfect ! The writing was very witty, the humor didn't feel forced at all (nor was the comedic timing). The pacing was great (didn't feel like 2.5h), the filming as well (mega cool transitions) and the acting mega solid ! A must watch for sure !

Reply 1988 8.5 - I know it's long overdue ! I think the writing is very well done bcs managing the stories of SO many characters can be rough but they did it perfectly. I personally had a harder time with the genre and pacing but that's more of a me problem than the show's issues !
