I’ve seen a couple people who don’t even play the game comment about the new Luna Snow skin I was using was “pay to win” and it’s like ???? Felt even worse when I know I still play relatively sub par when being watched and spent hours practicing before I went live just to hold my weight orz

There is no such thing as a pay to win skin in Marvel Rivals. They don’t give you a speed boost, new skills or anything. They are purely aesthetic things to make you happy. It’s disheartening and for a beginner like me feels terrible to hear.

It hurts really good. I do enjoy the earlier lighter tones of Bandori and D4DJ and the like. But the writers for Our Notes are using ink spiked with trauma and self doubt and it strikes every chord in my soul.

If anyone has any tips for how to stream Our Note or Holodori without lag I would be really grateful! I did some testing and it seems the issue is the mirroring software I’m using is adding a huge lag. I use my iPad if it helps!

Honestly it’s a good thing. I still play my anime gacha but I also play actual RPGs now too that reward me and make me feel good to play. I think that’s healthy!

Things are going well and my healings coming along nicely! This is just a wordy update on things for me. Ain’t got to read the whole thing! TLDR: I’m planning on doing more streams once I’m back and my healings going well, also working on my mental health!

The healing is going well! I had to get stitches because they had to do so much so it's taking a little bit of extra time but it's going well.
I want to be as transparent as I can be about this, I know it can be confusing to watch people struggling.
A big thing that I've been working on during this other than finally getting the teeth out of my head is working on my mental health. I won't lie, the thought of quitting streaming did cross my mind a couple of times, but I think doing that would just be masking a problem that will still affect me down the line.
I had a close call with death recently, and that terrified me but gave me a much needed wake up call.! need to be better.
I've been seeking professional help about my issues.
Unmedicated ADHD, Executive dysfunction, time blindness, depression, People pleasing. I got a big list of problems and I got professionals helping me now.
I've got to change how I do things, because I am overwhelmed so much that I have trouble doing any solo streams and even drawing and taking care of my real life issues. And this is nobodies fault but my own, l've overloaded myself with both stream and off-stream duties.
So I have to do things going forward to make things easier to navigate for myself, and some of these changes may not make everyone happy and that scares me.
Something that I have to accept is that I just can't make everyone happy, and that's ok.
Life is hard for many of us now
But I don't want to be complete gloom!
I'm planning on coming back with drawing streams, and gaming streams and handcams and doing it more often. I'm planning on having more art coming out more often as well!
I have plenty of ideas I'm excited to share with you when the time comes.
Make sure to take care, buy yourself something nice today if you can. Geek-out openly with others.
