The papillae on a cat's tongue act like a comb or brush. As it licks its fur, these tiny hooks catch loose hair, dust, and debris, keeping their coat clean and tangle-free.They also allow them to wick saliva and distribute it across the fur, aiding in cleaning and cooling. #TongueoutTuesday #Cats
