I convinced myself to workout this morning. It's barely below 20°c outside and the built up heat didn't clear out of my apartment. I wanted to go longer, but my body said keep it easy. Now I need to remember to hydrate!

The routine is designed to coast to 130-135. It starts by cooking low with a low fan speed while spraying water into the oven. I thought the water sprayer was a gimmick when I bought this thing, but it really works!

Managed to pick up some sort of crud from my travels. Luckily not Covid or the flu. Nothing too severe, just stuffed up, running a tad hit but not quite a fever, and sleepy. This morning was the perfect excuse to cage back up and snuggle in Amoresy while I veg and take care of post travel chores.

That was a lot of fun. Saw a more diverse set of sea life in Ketchikan than I usually do in the Caribbean. I'm totally doing this again next time I'm here. Although it reminded me how much I hate 7mm wetsuits, especially when the water is above 50°
