I’ve noticed a lot of this within queer spaces for a long time. If it isn’t us enby’s getting it, it’s non-conforming or genderfluid people, or its bisexuals/pansexuals, or oh hell [trans]women not passing enough. *trans as a prefix should not be necessary to justify how you identify/express

I know my *boss* has said or done things that may be or are harmful to others. I was not aware until months after. It is not an excuse for any choice I made personally or professionally, but I do know that I should have been more proactive in areas I failed to identify as concerning.

I was terminated primarily because I disagreed with my *bosses* actions. My role outside of DJ’ing was purely advisory and not legal services under the Solicitors Act (ON). I never provided services I cannot under law.
