Brain fog: My brain actually just stops. I can remember there's a general thing I'm meant to be saying or doing, why isn't it happening yet? Panic... Need the thing to happen now... Anger... why the fuck isn't it happening... Sadness

Coming up to bonfire night in the UK and we have a dog that's trying to recover from loud noise-anxiety. It's gonna be a nightmare.

The same company that doesn't pay artists seems to always find the money to pay this jackass. If you're still using Spotify... why? Pretty much every alternative is better in every way.

I have been using Deezer for an age, but am now more and more using Bandcamp to support artists as much as I can.

Hate how gambling has taken over so many aspects of the NBA. However I love hearing your takes on how the teams will do, and if they'll do better / worse than expected! 😍

I always feel bad having to cancel a sub to a creative person or content creator. Money is just too tight at the moment though.

I'm tired of the government spending 500 million to "save" 200 jobs in some industry they value more. Of course, what they're really doing is giving taxpayer money towards their own / their family / their friends investments.

@lostpages.co.uk Hi there, sorry to pester, I ordered something back on 16th September, it's been sat at "Preparing for shipping" since then. Is that normal, or could the order have gotten lost in the cracks of the interwebs?

Giving up on the idea of working today. Apparently the swelling in the brain caused by the radiation can cause a few extra symptoms for a few months. It's such a weird feeling.

What streaming services do people use these days? Haven't had Netflix in an age, but saw they put their prices up again. I remember when there were just a few streaming services, and they were convenient, easy to use and affordable. Now it feels the opposite on all fronts, plus ads. #oldmanrant

Ah, so we now need to "learn" this super useful, amazing, make your life better AI. Instead of, you know... learning actual skills to do things, rather than have to learn how to tell something else to do it for you.

Ironically one of the best things for me in this regard was getting a brain tumour, as now I'm allowed to not attend frivolous meetings that don't actually matter. Before they were very important and I was expected to go and just suffer.

Going in for radio-surgery on Friday, to zap the little bugger on my brain and try to stop it growing (whilst hopefully missing the other juicy brain bits I might like to try to use one day)

So much this. The worst thing is when an artist uses this excuse to generate another type of art I've seen digital artists use AI for music. Musicians use AI for album covers. It's crazy they don't seem to even realise the massive hypocrisy.
