Had to step to the side a few times and modify the positions to work within what I was actually able to do but glad I went and hope to go to more of them. That said I may need to look into another type/class that's more about learning the poses and holding them more properly 😅

Took a yoga class today for the first time, and holy fuck was I sweaty mess not even 10 minutes in. It was vinyasa yoga meaning it was just constant motion from one position to the next for a full 90 minutes which was...a lot
