Basic and usually pretty cheap/ easy- my mum and I have loved it for YEARS, haha. (Rly wish you could upload small PDF files on BS. I chopped it into pics, lmfaooo) Definitely don't remember where she said she had obtained the original, but it's been a great base to play around with, or use as-is.
Peanut Butter Cookies

1 egg
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter (any style)

Baking temperature:
~350°F / 180°C
I - Combine sugar + peanut butter together
II - Add in egg to the above and mix it around till it becomes one big blob
(Usually using clean hands to accomplish the mixing, but in theory you can always use a stand/handheld mixer instead)
III - Plop bits of the mixture onto:
Ideal | Parchment paper covered sheet pan
Also works | Aluminum foil covered sheet pan (sprayed with your choice of cooking spray/spritz)
IV - Bake: Typically ~6-9 minutes. Varies based on oven + raw cookie size.
Can honestly make them as teenie or massive as you'd like (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)

[* Additional notes: Substitution-
Should be able to swap out sugar for pretty much any other granular sweetening agent; 1:1 ratio
Peanut butter: Other nut butters can be utilized; also 1:1 ratio
Egg: Should be able to use a 1:1 ratio as well
(IMO ones with cashew butter taste super yummy too but that's way more expensive, lmao)
Adding other stuff:
Chocolate chips are great to add in; or you could always add a tsp of cinnamon or something if you want!
Hope they turn out great, comrade!]
