Not sure what I want to do. Currently 12% bf. On one hand I love getting super shredded for Dore/Folsom every year (~8%bf). On the other I’ve struggled to put on any solid lean mass the past few years and am wondering if continuing to bulk to this time next year would finally help me get bigger.

Worked out legs this morning and in my log book for today’s workout I had the abbreviation “BBRDL” which I instinctively first read as “Bareback Romanian Deadlift”. I guess that’s a variation of the Barbell version but I don’t think I’m allowed to do it at a public gym.

Digimon X Godzilla 70th anniversary crossover edition added to my collection! Fun fact: the original Digimon V5 was supposed to be a Godzilla crossover but the deal fell through and the sprites were slightly changed to make them legally distinct and made into brand new Digimon.
