One of the reasons we use lasers is because they are easier to focus into narrower ranges of wavelengths, which makes them safer than full spectrum light. 130

But, and just my opinion, being happy and feeling good about your body by taking off the 3pm shadow, or getting rid of body hair, is probably worth the risk 020

I suppose you mean there is a small increase risk skin cancer? Probably a pretty minimal risk compared to being in direct sunlight, since the wavelengths of light they use doesn't damage DNA like UV. 120
