Otakon was really fun, I went to a Square Enix concert and got a fistful of extra Evercold lanyards!! I was a bit sad I wasn't able to get a Blue Mage badge though, if anyone knows someone who doesn't want theirs please let me know!

And it's not just ace erasure! I've seen some bi erasure recently as well! Thankfully, I've seen more qualified (and eloquent) people speak on that. It's just frustrating and disappointing to still see arguments on who is "queer enough" in the big year 2026.

It's stupid, but those feelings of alienation were definitely the source of more than one breakdown for me in recent years. I personally feel like I've been making good progress trying to meet new people and expand my comfort zone lately, but those worries always weigh on my mind.

I don't mind it because I really like seeing how everyone interprets their favorites and how the stories everyone tells through their wolships are all so unique! Ffxiv is a big sandbox and we are all just playing toys and it's wonderful c:
