A 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible. All fins, and chrome, as big as a house. I absolutely love them, but owning one and driving it on NZ roads would be a nightmare.

Can’t decide who to vote for in the #BirdOfTheYear but here’s a Tui in the Kōwhai next to my office at lunchtime today. A quick and dirty cellphone snap, but I was just so happy to see the bird! 😆

I go all out with decorating for Christmas - we built a fancy new house in 2021, three times the size of the previous tiny cottage, and I now have room! Stuff everywhere. 5 trees usually, 3 are small and take minutes, also a 6ft tree covered in birds and an 8ft one with fruits of our travels:

Fantastic. I recently finished Tudor Corner, only have a couple of small pieces waiting to be done at the moment.
