A librarian created a storytime surprise inspired by THE POCKET BOOK by me & Julia Breckenreid: “All the babies at story time got a felt heart from my secret pocket today.❤️ Love coming up with ideas from this book!“ I LOVE seeing the way librarians and teachers make magic out of my books! ❤️❤️❤️

Tracking expenses for author events from this fall. It ain’t pretty! But this is what author life really looks like! 😆 I can’t always enter expenses in the moment so I write what event it’s for on the top of my receipts & hang on to them till I can enter them, then they get filed more neatly.
