I find it weird how all these people are so for being hyper nationalistic. Until it comes to anything important then they can’t wait to throw money and sensitive data at iffy foreign companies

I’ve not been on Bluesky or Social media much lately. I have been up to things though I promise 😅 This is one of those things. I have Greenman wooden pin badges and magnets coming out. 🌳💚🌳 #greenman #folklore #lore #mythsandlegends #pinbadges

Always surprising how many mermaid myths there are inland generally

Man it sucks to hear her say something so stupid. I was desperately hoping at the very least it would feel like the grown ups are back in charge with them, but there's some shameless stuff going on........the most depressing thing is knowing which party is likely next up to bat when they screw it up

amazing. I had a go at a "vitriol" but never quite got it there. the imagery seems so perfect for the feeling. You've done a lovely job on this one.

With more myths and legends than Bat Out of Hell has plays on your divorced uncle's Spotify, Ireland is absolutely rammed with stories. All the stories/beastly bios are written about on the site. (link in bio) #Ireland #Folklore #Mythology #Eire #PucaPrinthouse #MythicalBeasts

The news coming out about the profiteering in children's care is shocking. These things should be run as an essential service by the government, not as a profit driven business.

That's surprising. But it makes complete sense, the echo chamber seems lessened lately on FB and they seem to be engaging in rage baiting by pushing a bunch of things they clearly know you will disagree with onto our feeds.

I absolutely adoreTove Janssons Tolkien illustrations. Have you seen her take on Gollum? it's really odd and maybe quite different from others vision of the character, but as always with Tove it is so charming and wonderful.

I don't, I never got it to a point I was happy with. It might be nice to revisit some of the old alchemical stuff in future. If you search "alchemy vitriol" you'll find some of the original images.

this is amazing! reminds me of an image I was working on a while ago. the alchemical symbol for vitriol is a green lion eating the sun

Thanks so much. Your stuff is fab! That sounds great, I'm working on an alternate version of the britain map in a woodblock style, if I can be of any help or you just want someone to chat nonsense about boggarts with don't be a stranger.
