Newsreader is also calling them "Israeli", and nobody in the report has referred to them as "Jewish" but the chyron is unaltered. Does that seem dangerous to anyone else??
Another view with the same "Jewish settlers" text in the larger red "this is the headline we're reporting on now" section of the chyron

in a rational world, the second paragraph here would be about how Dave was dismissed, and development was focussed on expanding the platform's robustness and capacity for 4K content, but here we are
Dave’s vision for iPlayer included an AI agent called Iggy, which helps recommend and summarize iPlayer content, and can speak to audiences in different languages. Other ideas Dave presented to staff included a personalized “hero” picture at the top of iPlayer’s home screen, which picks out algorithm-led content recommendations based on past viewing habits. He also demonstrated “Vegas mode,” allowing viewers to “roll the dice” and see what iPlayer selects for them.

Brittin said Dave — who at one point during his presentation referred to the director-general as “my big homie” — had captured a “pioneering mindset” that he wants to see more of at the BBC. Brittin added that the BBC plans to begin testing some of Dave’s ideas with audiences “in the coming weeks.”

literally the same account, a couple of hours earlier:
It's right and necessary to condemn the heinous crimes of the Israeli state. Too often though people try and defend antisemitism as "anti-Zionism". Personally I believe Greens have massively screwed this one. It'll be taken by too many as an excuse for antisemitism under the cover of "anti-Zionism".

the refereeing decision is irrelevant. if your defence is this far out of shape you deserve to concede a goal, and the scorer was onside
screenshot of the penalty area as gvardiol crosses the ball from the left hand side. he is flanked by dalot (RB) and dorgu (LB). the nearest city player to the ball is anderson, watched by maguire (CB). united's other centre back Martinez is holding the line with Enzo Fernandez in front of him a couple of yards offside, and Erling Haaland behind him who appears to be offside (but isn't). Mainoo and Tielemans have not spotted the overload either despite both being able to clearly see both of their full backs have been pulled over to the same side. It is an absolute disaster class of defending

"artificial intelligence, growth and financial services" one of these is not like the others but it kind of betrays that they're all basically meaningless doesn't it
The chancellor will argue that for too long Britain has been too down on itself, beset by a sense of negativity. In fact it is a world leader in artificial intelligence, growth and financial services, all of which need to be at the heart of what comes next

Still image from the show "Community". a partly open desk drawer contains a small handgun, a staple remover and and a couple of bulldog clips. In the shadow of the still closed part of the drawer, the bottom edge of a book is just visible. Perhaps its cover and title will be revealed when the drawer is further opened. If there had been a window on the desk we would know what it was already.

Post in the style of the government alert issued earlier today:

Severe Alert

Issued by #StopRosebank

There is an extremely high risk of complete climate breakdown. Governments should not undertake any activity that could cause serious harm to humanity, including drilling for new oil and gas. Every new oil field brings us one step closer to widespread wildfires, drought and famine.

Tell the UK Government to #StopRosebank now by visiting stoprosebank.org.uk/act

he _almost_ gets it here!!! yes, society is increasingly hostile to neurodivergent people, which is part of the reason for the increase in diagnoses! and therefore we should improve society somewhat? right??
"Watching her weigh up the decision, I kept returning to the same thought, that if a 10-year-old cannot cope with school unless he's taking amphetamines, the problem lies less in his brain than in what society and school are asking of him."

huh did Simon Stone actually watch this match, because Mount was replaced by Tyler Fletcher
With much made of United's activity - or lack of - in the transfer market this summer, it was good timing that Tielemans could make his debut when Mason Mount, arguably the club's player of pre-season, needed to be replaced after just 20 minutes.

I had to stop and post because some point during this passage I started hearing Adam Curtis voiceover
The rise in diagnoses is not primarily a story about neurology. It is a story about economics;- about globalisation, about the internet, about the lengthening and intensification of work, and about who was allowed to be counted at all. Because for most of this history, one half of the population was simply left out of the equation- and the belated arrival of women into the diagnostic statistics is not an epidemic either. It is a correction, long overdue, of what we might accurately call medical patriarchy.

To see any of this clearly, we have to start with a strange fact:- normality itself had to be invented. And it was invented, quite precisely, by and for capitalism.
II. The invention of the normal mind

And so my government will fight, every day…
