This was basically the outcome I expected all along. The saga isn’t necessarily over. UD may appeal based on a disagreement with some of the judge’s rulings on motions prior to judgement, and UD said they’ll also pursue this in Europe. But for now, this is at least a temporary resting point.

And with that, Upper Deck no longer has a case against Ravensburger. Still one claim against Miller that’s live. My gut says that gets settled out of court and the case is ultimately dropped. Unless it’s a spite play. IDK how much UD has to materially gain by suing Miller.

And in the end, we got there. 4th place finish. Here’s the deck I ran, save for one change - I played 3 Super Good and 1 Mufasa, just because I’ve been in Mufasa since set 2. He’s treated me pretty well and carried me through thick and (sometimes very) thin. Will be sad to see him go.

At league tonight our LGS ran a $9 pack rush to burn through some old Archazia’s Island product. Pulled three legos from my two packs, including The Queen which I was able to take dancing for four lore thanks to my opponent’s Cindy in the discard pile! I’d spun The Queen plenty, but never for four!
