"Most certainly. I'll be sure everyone here is taken care of."

"I'm sure she would appreciate that. I don't mind watching the kids. I believe you both deserve to have a night out. For now, I think I'll stay with Karen to help her out for a bit. "

He gives her a faint smile. "Right..Well, I think that's about it. Feel free to message me if you need anything. I'll chat with you later. Please be safe out there. I love you.~" Will blows her a kiss.

He looks over to Karen, "Did you hear Rui?" "Yeah..I'll need you to watch the kids for a bit." "I can do that." Will turns his attention back to his fiancé. "She'll be able to collect him in about twenty minutes. Thank you, Rui. Again, I do apologize for bothering you. I know you're busy."

"Well, in the interest of Karen, who really isn't in the best of moods..Tsengi is missing and.." Get gave a side glance at his friend , "Karen found Queen injured, but she didn't make it. We're not sure how she got hurt, but I hate to ask, but would it be possible for you to transfer Sabre?"

"Oh! Well I'm happy to hear that you caught up with your friend. Now uh, if you can, you may want to sit down for this.."

Once Rui called, Will answered and placed her on speaker phone. "Hello, Rui. I hope this isn't a bad time.." He watched as Karen just avoided looking at him, clinging to her glass.

He just gave Karen a look before taking out his Rotom and sent a message to Rui. 📲Rui, my dear, if you happen to have a moment - could we talk? I have a rather unusual ask for you. [ @seerofshadow.bsky.social ]

"Damm..I'm so sorry, Karen. Hmm..I think I can contact Rui and ask if she can send Sabre over. I know he at least is somewhat close to the pups. As for Tsengi, if he doesn't show up by tonight, we can report him as a missing person."

000

He places a hand over his heart. "I promise I won't do anything risky like that again." Will then took a seat in a chair beside her. "What happened?"

000

He gives a nervous laugh, glancing to the side. "Yes well..uh..I thought it would make things interesting. Everything worked out fine in the end. So you don't need to worry about anything."

000

Will gave her a concerned glance as he returned the embrace. "Karen, talk to me. I can only imagine everything I've missed since I've been in Sinnoh.."

000

Well, that was concerning. . . He went in, closing the door behind him and looked to Gengar. The ghost pointed towards the back. Will wasn't the biggest fan of ghosts, but he was willing to push past that fear to check on a dear friend. He went to the back. "Karen..?"

[ Closed - @toughxwild.bsky.social ] After coming back home from being in Sinnoh, Will noticed that he had at least three missed calls and ten texts from Karen. Well, that was alarming. He glanced at the texts and instantly teleports to Karen's home. Standing in front of her door, he knocks.

A sly smirk played along the lips of the psychic elite. "I look forward to the chance to face off with Amada. She's in for quite the surprise of her life." He can't wait to see the look of utter shock on her face. If she wants to play dirty, well..that's fine with him. He could play that game too.

Will was home not ten minutes after she started cooking. Once his shoes were removed at the door, he entered the kitchen as he smiled at Rui. "Something smells good.." He places a gentle hand on her back, kissing her cheek. +

(A Call to Action) It had been about a week since the Gala in Galar. While Will had to return to his Elite 4 duties Rui had been called to meet with Anabel at the Battle Frontier. She had been on the special forces investigating Ultra Wormholes and the Ultra beasts. +

Will would think outside the box with his outfit for galas. However, he wasn't going alone this time. He had his lovely fiancé Rui attending with him tonight at the #GalarGala Perhaps, just this once, it wouldn't hurt to wear a proper suit when walking the red carpet with @seerofshadow.bsky.social.

"Do you want a personal opinion or a fact between the two?"💧 Will appeared to be visibly paler at the mere mention of Ghost Types. It was more or less clear that he was not a fan of the latter and for good reason.

"This was slightly awkward on my part, but the day I met Celebi with my fiancé, Rui. It was nice to see her old friend trust me." He's not going to mention how much pain he was in that day but he was glad there was mutual trust between his lady and her Pokémon friend.

"Oh, of course! I don't mind. I look forward to seeing that cheesy grin of his again. You will certainly make his day by leaving Levina here."

000

"Well, she was the one who passed down the message. I'm sure she will be thrilled to know that you're going shopping with her."

"Which leads to my next question. Karen is going out tomorrow to find a dress, and she's asked me to keep an eye on the kids. Would you like to go shopping with her?"

"I'm doing wonderful! Although, I do find myself in quite the bind." He stood up straight. "I was recently given an invitation, as was Karen, to attend the annual gala this year. Only this year, I don't happen to have a date,"he smirked a bit. "You wouldn't happen to be interested, would you?"

000

"Ah, there she is! My dearest Rui." He crosses a hand over his chest with his usual grin as he gives her a low bow. "How is the most beautiful woman in the world today?"
