Thanks to some simple changes in diet i’m down nearly 50 lbs and feel great. Did I love being 320lbs? Hell ya, at least aesthetically. Is life way easier at 273? Also hell ya. Feel so much better.
I’ll always be a thick dad, and I will always adore big men, just finding the balance for me.
