Absolutely. It's a simple loop, written in Go, uses bubbletea and honestly it's so simple, but it works great. I was using Qwen with Claude Code, but tool usage was failing with updates. I wrote this super simple harness, and it's just fantastic + stable. 47tok/s on 64gb mbp m4. Crazy.

I created a New Tab Chrome extension a year or two ago which is used by maybe ~30 people. A new image every 4 hours, with a new business / finance headline on every new tab load. I don't read the news as a result, and yet stay on top of it all. Sometimes it's nice to make something for yourself.

One of my servers had a network issue while I’m on holidays. The zero downtime work I did took out the server and loaded it back in once it was available again. No customer facing issues, and I only found out after I got internet when back from visiting a waterfall ✌️

It's crazy how small changes can affect a product. I built a Chrome/Firefox extension a year ago which shows the headlines from various business news sources and an image every few hours. People would download and uninstall. I add the ability to click into the article, and people stuck around.
