Don't say "thanks"--say "great" when they say something good. Otherwise "you're welcome" is the easy quick reply. It's gamifying time tracking if they're measured on it for faster resolution. 020

It takes a million clicks to navigate and they've clearly intentionally interspersed things you might want to actually see with things that you wouldn't so you have to go the deepest levels to change anything. 110

Too bad I don't have any published papers, could work on my Erdos Bacon number, but @moyix.bsky.social forever has me beat iirc. 130
