Quando stiamo estremamente male, ma spesso anche quando nemmeno ce ne rendiamo conto, ad esempio durante una conversazione o dopo un litigio, si attivano questi pensieri, queste credenze assolute che spesso diamo per vere quando in realtà sono solo “bias cognitivi”. #biascognitivi #psicologia

Because Highly Sensitive doesn’t mean “strange/odd”, just different from others. Respect who is struggling with something, also if that thing seems stupid for you. To someone else is enough to stay really bad. #highlysensitive #psychology #personality
