i'm not sure i have the time lately to return to this account but i do want to drop this piece at least! i can't tell you to expect anything but i have big plans for this series .... lots to do #whereliewoodsmen #art #oc #indieanimation

Where Lie Woodsmen, a horror-comedy series. Welcome to Cradlepine ... where the wind howls gospel, and hell's just a wrong turn on the highway.

Illustration depicts a cautious Eira and determined Quinn, bodies turned to each other, their faces looking to the viewer. Eira wields his baseball bat, and Quinn holds his flashlight. It illuminates an otherwise dark, moody, purple-hued scene in the forest, framed by branches.

Where Lie Woodsmen poster featuring a split screen of just Quinn and Eira’s eyes. The text on the top and bottom reads, “It’s 3am. Do you know where your children are? They better not be ghost-hunting!”

@dateeverythinggame.bsky.social let it be known i'm not actually interested in the hunky washing machine & i'm just using this as an excuse to show off sylvie #dateeverything #oc

SYLVESTER SCREENE

HOME PROJECTOR

CHARM S.PE.C.S

Bright, boastful, and full of demands, Sylvie is as
passionate as they are fussy. It's hard to get to
know them, since all their time is devoted to
producing the best dang films this house has ever
seen ... Or, would've seen, if they weren't holed up in
the attic all this time. Their two counterparts, the
bossy director and the flirtatious actress, are equally
prideful and difficult to keep up with. Will you be the
first to see what's beneath all the Hollywood glamour?
No production is immune to dysfunction, after all.

you guys get a spoiler because i’m simply not strong enough #oc #whereliewoodsmen

A screenshot of a Woodsmen script snippet. It reads:

QUINN
(talking over him)
Remember those noises from the trees I was telling you about?

EIRA
Was that the rocking-back-and-forth rant or the pacing-behind-the-bleachers rant?
Screw it, I wasn't listening either time.

EIRA starts to walk away, QUINN trailing after him.

illustration of quinn and eira in a super spy AU, aged in their 30s. the two stand in a dark room. quinn’s back is against a door, eira leaning over with his arm above quinn’s head. as he smokes, he holds a lighter to the cigarette in quinn’s mouth, his wrist guided by quinn’s own hand.

i swear i’ll get back to making actual stuff soon but here’s how quinn and eira would draw themselves respectively #oc #whereliewoodsmen #meme

super epic black ink noir rendition by quinn of himself. intense shadows on a bust. his hair is noticeably shorter in a replication of his father’s. his little fuckass signature is beside it

cartoonish blue ink sketch rendition by eira of himself. he has huge shoulders and exaggerated muscles, plus dog tags and a belt instead of his usual cross necklace and flannel around the waist. smoking a cigarette for some reason. explosion and fire behind him. writing beside it says “me (i’m walking out of an explosion)”

quinn as an aasimar cleric. he has two sets of wings with one of them replacing his ears, and solid black eyes with golden irises. he’s also got three extra. his hair is much longer and it has white streaks

eira as a dhampir college of spirits bard. he’s got a sort of gothic cowboy deal going on. he has several piercings, including on his bottom lip and left brow. his hair is half-up half-down, and partly dyed magenta. there’s a vampire bite on his neck, and a dark veil hangs from his cowboy hat.

“fishing for answers” watercolor piece for class. meant to be landscape, but i wanted to have fun with it and create a little scene! #oc #art #whereliewoodsmen

painting with monochromatic blues and purples, set in a forest clearing. in the center is a dark log cabin with a smoking chimney and windows gloring red. it stands beside docks of a small lake. surrounding it are pine trees and mountains. the moon stands high above in the sky, becoming the lure for a gigantic angler fish with sharp teeth blending into the night. quinn and eira stand in front of the cabin exploring, as quinn shines a flashlight on the door.

BINGO 😭 the losing your stylus is especially cruel because i literally lost my apple pencil last week

BAD HABIT ARTIST BINGO
alskdjflk.png Thinks using references is
cheating.
One million
WIPs. Comes up with ideas,
does nothing.
Forgot to
sleep/eat/etc. The urge to draw in the most inconvenient
times. Hunched over desk
like a
gremlin. Forgets own art
style. Nearly finishes piece, hasn't saved the
entire time. Fuck,
wrong layer. Doesn't
name layers. Too hard
on self. Saves 100 tutorials,
uses none.
Backgrounds?
Don't know em. Where's my
pen/stylus? 100 empty
sketchbooks.
Forgot to sign/watermark
piece. Stylus/pen
death grip. Zooms in focuses on
details no one will see. Gets distracted in the middle of drawing
with another idea. Hides hands to avoid drawing
them. Delicious anatomy,
doesn't want to give character
clothes. Same face
syndrome. Forgot to flip the
canvas.
