Retail has hidden controller support activated via a console command. It isn't as extensive as the one in forever, but I like it. I use it on my monk and can't really play with WASD anymore.

There's K Chicken chains but they aren't really structured like fast food. BBQ Chicken is one. BHC is opening up in California too. The thing is BHC's signature thing is coating their Chicken in a sweet cheese powder. So you have to be into that.

To recontextualize what you are experiencing, Xenoblade 2 is a Souls game if you never played a souls game before. The difference: Souls punishes impatience in combat, XB2 punishes impatience in preparation. The menus and prep are 55% of the game. XB2 is a bad teacher that punishes ignorance.

Gundam models are an incredible value for the price. The HG Witch From Mercury kits in particular have a lot of great engineering for $20. They might even be on sale since WFM ended a while ago.

Xenoblade 2 is going to be a wild time for beelining. I hope you have a trusted person to tell you which quests to avoid. Unlike XB1, some side quests actually have world building. Just like some ff14 quests are actually fully voiced.
