Jees please tell me to stop forgetting to post Keyposes of Themus for my second summative #art #sketch #drawing

Proxi ✨ @proximasaur.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

the fact Is I must realise I have and am... making MY first GAME even if it's so simple I MADE SOMETHING MOOOVVVEEEE Further no regrets on this certificate- I'm so scared though how my summative will end up- I mean there's still a lot to learn, but I fear focusing on the wrong thing

Proxi ✨ @proximasaur.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

It feels like whenever something positive happens, i get hit with worse side effects to balance it out or something ... just can't stay happy... like woow a+,,, so... why did i focus on the negative and why does it feel undeserved... i know i put all my time into it but... idk... what is wrong

Has issues Decides to rewrite code from scratch, which includes further learning opportunity Thinks: I wanna make some SIMPLE music for this Suddenly disappears for 2+ hours while the gamemaker is like: WHERE YA GO YOU STILL GOT HALF THE SHT TO ADD

I got so excited with this game design I forgot I should keep sharing what I did for my second character I chose to do a little extra and design Themus' twin brother and here I cut time but doing both iterations and keyposes (learned why they should be separate here XD) #art #conceptart #character

For so long I have wanted to do this- just move a character I made- don't ask about the mashup- I just grabbed random stuff of mine then decided to take a snip out of that one audio I downloaded in the hopes to make some animatic thing-

I can’t help but remember how, when I was younger, like 13-14, I actually made a character to represent the negative side of me. And though I think it was meant to be to represent the depression though depicting them as hostile, I can’t help but draw similarities to my ups and downs of the present

Fun (important) fact about ab muscles / muscular bodies: Abs don’t really look Like That™ when they’re relaxed! #psa #muscles #anatomy #bodypositivity #arttips

A Tumblr screenshot where a user named troubled-pasta says: "Hey so uh. As a trans guy who’s been working out for a few years now and has learned a lot about their body and building muscle and whatnot in the process, here’s something I don’t see mentioned, like ever.

Abs don’t really look Like That™ when they’re relaxed.

Here’s a few examples from a Reddit thread asking for pictures of people both flexing and not flexing their abs"

Below is a photo of a shirtless muscular man showing what his abdomen looks like when relaxed vs actively flexing.

A screenshot from the same thread, showing another example of a muscular man with his abdomen relaxed vs actively flexing. Below the photo reads: "I rarely see male body positivity posts in general but I’ve never seen this mentioned, and honestly? Call me stupid for it if you want, but I genuinely thought that super defined look was something that was achievable in a relaxed state, simply because I’ve never seen anything to the contrary.

As someone with body dysmorphia as well as dysphoria, you can imagine the damaging effects that might have had on my mental health trying by to achieve the impossible. I can only imagine how many other masculine folk out there could be struggling with the exact same thing.

Anyway like, this is mostly to point out for masculine folks that might be pushing themselves too hard, that you’re probably doing better than you realize."

i hate feeling like i'm not beloved enough to save her life. ko-fi.com/lycanlabs/go...

a while back an incredibly popular and skilled artist raised an amount of money like 3/4ths of what my ko-fi goal is. $15,000, in just a few hours. i'm happy for her, wish her the best, but hate to say that it hurt to see. i hate to say the jealousy has been sitting in my stomach since.

... my mother had a cardiac emergency and her lungs filled with fluid a couple months ago. she has no health insurance. i set a ko-fi goal that honestly isn't nowhere near enough. everyone helped me raise a couple thousand for her. i'm so thankful for it. even if i have a hard time showing it.
the reality is that it paid a couple bills and got her one appointment. 400 dollars for that appointment. she hasn't had another since. we can't afford it.

as of writing this, that 20K ko-fi goal hasn't even reached 20% yet

i don't have anything spectacular to offer. i'm not adored by tens of thousands. nobody's expecting some fun, amazing labor of love from me. nobody knows me. therefore my posts begging for help don't get enough traction.

last month, after begging for 2 weeks, i was having panic attacks two days before we had to pay somewhere over $700, half of our massive overdue fee. just to keep the electricity that mom's oxygen machine runs on.

this goal of $20,000, it's hard to feel hope that i'll raise it while she's still alive. it's hard to imagine increasing that goal to what it should be, and raising anywhere close to it while she's still alive.

i hate feeling like i'm not beloved enough to save her life.
