The sculpts are ALL amazing, but its the Eavy Metal paintjobs on some of these Nurgle previews that are blowing my mind

I think this is my favoutite GW box art in a while. It screams oldschool fantasy dungeon crawling, modern production values

GW handle of AOS/TOW is like a messy divorce. Plaintiff got limited custody of Lizards but recieved Beastmen in the split. They wont shit nor get off the pot. Two settings that could be their own big, distinct IPs if given the chance, instead caught in this indecisive push/pull of shared identity

Speaking of, the person at Relic responsible for the Blood Ravens colour scheme cooked so much. The muted, dark red fits so well with the dirty bone of the shoulder pads. They pop on the screen and on the table

Today is national holiday here in Poland and DOW1 remake just dropped. I am sure the two events are unrelated but they do combine for a nice evening

I believe the technical term for this type of color scheme is "basic pintrest moodboard"

"Run" by ignis art. Inspired by Laura H Rubin. Started painting this two years ago with a mind to take it to Kontrast 2023. I wasnt able to attend that year, but dusted it off for this year. Still wasnt able to make it. So I guess its cursed

This chariot and Egrimm Van Horstmann on Chaos Dragon could have a heavyweight bout for the title of The Most Oldhammer mini ever. The Vegas odd would be about even.

Ony of my favourite items in my collection. A stylised reproduction of my all time favourite fossil (we all have one I am sure) - the famous Berlin Archeopteryx. The Jurassic Angel. Sculpt and cast by Momogojira. Paint by me

Obligatory whining time - they gentrified it. The whole point of Mk II is to look archaic and crude. Like a 19th century diving suit. They streamlined it too much, made it look like a variant of their latest Mk 3. The fact the legs now have engraved lines, instead of overlapping plates, is a shame

Rob the Honest Wargamer should be charging monthly fees from hobby influencers, given how half the Warhammer You Tube still seems to be living off of that one slapchop video

The success of Bethesda shadowdropping Oblivion remake with no pre-marketing only reinforces my belief that Valve should skip the tired, exhausting Teaser/Trailer1/Launch Trailer pipeline and just drop Half Life 3 on people one day with absolutely no preamble

Lots of observations in my head after rewatching Revenge of the Sith for the first time in well over a decade but the main one would be how ridiculously, laughably good looking Hayden Christiansen is in that movie

Anybody knows what Aaron Dembski Bowden is up to these days? Is he even still with Black Library? I need a new dose of Warhammer filtered through ADB lens. Ive been jonesing hard, its been years man.

My introduction to Warhammer was through a WD issue where this man bantered with three of his subordinates during a battle report in which they all decided to gang up on him (in his words - "intresting way to resign"). White Dwarf's massive drop in quality and character was marked with his departure

Old WHFB will always have a place in my heart above other game settings but every once in a while I stupidly dip my toe in the cesspool of its social media groups and I am reminded that TOW player base has some of the stupidest, whinest, most patheticaly elitist cunts that walk the face of the earth

It's a real catastrophe for the Western left that so many people let themselves be convinced the Maidan was a CIA ruse. people were melting police tanks to the street with Molotov catapults built into their Ice Fortress. you call yourself an anarchist and don't find that hot as fuck?

One cant survive on Grimdark and Space Marines alone, so here's a Carbssant (Croisstacean?) Ive made last year as a gift for my gf. The idea was lifted off of an illustration I saw once. Dont know the author unfortunately. If you have his/hers @, let me know #art #cute #critter #cuteart #sculpture
