SOOOOO HAPPY TO SEE MY PEAK GETTING THE LOVE IT DESERVES WITH THE DARK ARISEN UPDATE. It is now canonically lore accurate that a Dragon’s Dogma game MUST release to a mixed perception, the then rerelease under the “Dark Arisen” title and be heralded as being awesome.

You were there for me at my worst times in high school… You were there for me throughout college (even though college was peak, but still)… You were there for me after, too… And now, you are here for me one last time, before you will awaken anew. After 1,200 hours. Thank you, @cdprojektred.com ❤️

9 games that shaped me. Anticipating the inevitable judgement over some being newer, but I believe we never stop shaping and changing ourselves as we keep living, so as of the last 20 years, these shaped me, though most are within last 15 years

I have bought 40~ish games this year, but only finished 16. But it’s okay. Why? BECAUSE PHYSICAL MEDIA MEANS I CAN WAIT 6 YEARS to play them (2 exceptions being 007 and Black Flag). And my SOURCE IS THAT I MADE IT THE FUCK UP (iykyk)

Got the remastered collection of those too! Developed by THE remaster/Remake company, Bluepoint! Also shut down by Sony… When physical discs end, leaving PlayStation just sounds like an easier and easier decision

Wolverine is finished! ✅Addictive combat ✅Stellar music and overall sound design ✅overall nice, original story ✅Great length, not too long ❌Dialogue felt very corny, even worse for an M game imo ❌Bosses were enemy sponges with very little attack variety ❌Sequel BAITMAXING😭😭 8/10, glad I played!!!

NEVER MIND!!!! They let me change audio. There are SO many sub menus in the settings, I love it😅😅 but I am double checking everything to make sure I don’t miss anything else!!!

030

Pro’s Spooky in Yōtei Era @progenlock.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Alright so FIRST of all, Insomniac went HAM on the settings customizations. There is NO audio customization which is a BIG bummer for me because I find that every game I’ve essentially ever played has the sound effects WAYYY too loud over the music, but oh well… the menu screen music is 🔥🔥 holy shit

Decided not to get it just because of COSTS and I feel very mixed about giving Sony more money right now… but the opinions of people who actually BOUGHT the game are quite high! Ignoring all the noise of people who just watched reviews and further criticized the game based on lies and rumors
