We’ve been having unexplained problems extracting apple snail DNA from tissue - worked fine 4 hatchlings. Worked fine in the past. New undergrads but hatchlings worked when tissue failed - same set. Decided perhaps stupidly 2 introduce 1 more variable into the mix. Me. Hoping for early Xmas miracle.
