I hate cooking after working at a lab doing precision cooking for 20 years. This has not escaped my wife who said how can you not even boil an egg. So I did my own research, in my own kitchen, didn't tell her & worked out how to make the perfect boiled egg. These guys are amateurs, UCL Profs rock.
