I agree. Especially FSH treatment, when possibile according to FSH levels, can improve sperm parameters and sperm DNA fragmentation. Data on lifestyle correction are also encouraging. Varicocelectomy only in very selected cases and couples according to EAU and AUA criteria (very strict and I agree

Thank you for sharing this article. It would have been very interesting to know which are the andrological causes underlying severe oligospermia and NOA (i.e. cryptorchidism, previous testis torsion or inflammation, obesity, previous medications/therapies, genetic abnormalities
