Today I opened my gmail account to find every email in my inbox marked important. A new setting was ticked to “use my past actions to predict what messages are important to me”. In 10+ years, I’ve marked an email as important maybe a dozen times. It marked 2,500+. Nice work, “Super Intelligence”

Not only did I meet Robert Kraft, I worked for him. His kid Jonathan asked me to “remove the black music” from my gameday playlist in ‘94 & I refused so they fired me. I was the cheerleader director at the time. I sued them for wrongful termination and won. So yes, I know that motherfucker.

The Cleveland Guardians have suffered 7 of their 13 shutout losses in the last 33 days. The 2005 Astros are the only team the last 25 years to make the playoffs while leading the league in shutout losses (17). The Guards could blow right past that number at this rate.

Lesson learned today about pushing back on price gouging: Called my trash provider who had steadily raised rates from $99/quarter 2.5 years ago, to 212/quarter starting this month. They said they “don’t monitor all of our customers’ rates and that we need to call them when large increases arise.
