I regret to inform you, that is capitalism. Socialism (looking out for the society, rather than capital) is what stops exploitation and adds regulations (frequently written in blood). The idea that any 'ism' is the right one, is the dangerous thought. We need multiple 'isms' balancing each out.

The odds are BAD. White American women overwhelmingly voted to support Trump! I can understand why someone would not put the effort in to double and triple check that I am NOT one of those white Americans, and just rather be safer than sorry. I try my hardest to be a generic little pencil on the internet, but the truth is, I am a white American woman (among other things). Though I do not support my government and I do not support white supremacy, I can absolutely understand why someone might not want to work with me due to this identity.

I have had the same fear, but I had some thin months in March and April and I still had plenty of fills from my back catalogue. You’re allowed to rest. You can’t be constantly productive. Take some time to recharge. You’ve had some stressful and emotional news lately!

If you have the spoons you should absolutely report her to her regulatory body! And you should talk to a doctor you trust, if you have one, to get therapy for the trauma of this and redo any labs that may have been tainted by her.
