Really angry at past-us for somehow losing or trading away all the end-form starter cards, man. Most of the cards we sent to get graded tagged in the 7-9 range. Happy for what I DID have, but man. It could've been so much more insane, y'know? I have no memory of what happened to them all.

I'm glad I'll just be getting an off-the-shelf PC when this one's finally ready to retire. I'm glad I don't need some uber-rig with all the latest nonsense. Video cards going for $7,500? And she's done. Never could get that paint spill in the top/center cleaned. Damn thing was immune to paint thinner for some reason. Still, for bad vision and worse hand steadiness, I think she came out looking pretty good. Never attempted this much painting/weathering.

How it started vs how it's going. Underside's still damp, grumpy about the paint spill I couldn't fully clean in the top center. Also grumpy I couldn't get a good grime trail from the vents. But this is so small and I'm so much a paint/TPL amateur, I'm considering it alright.

Penny for scale again (Falcon is raised up so it's slightly smaller than advertised). It's blotchy and messy, but that's 'cause I'm not done yet. One more paint pass, then it'll be cleaning it up with paint thinner and a damn toothpick, then gloss coat, the TPL + grime, then matte coat. Woof!

Getting into coffee in one's 40s is certainly an adventure in feeling dumb. Finally learned how to drink normally without a straw. Finally trying CoffeeMate and under-poured on my first cup 'cause I didn't know how strong a flavor it was. Learning what snacks to have with it. Fun times!

Bad sleep, as usual. Woke up feeling sick. Monthly apartment inspection in the morning. Rad. Hopefully the peacefulness of the night will straighten some things out. At least the spikes of anger have gone away. I dunno if I have that dealt with fully, but it's a good sign.
