"Mid-College Crisis Check" - Silver Scripts, a semi-autobiographical Sonic the Hedgehog fancomic about Silver as a computer science student #comic #webcomic #sonicthehedgehog #sonicfanart #sonicartist #art #fanart #college #computerscience

Silver and Tikal are walking outside. Silver exclaims, 'There were no technical things? Just design philosophy? This'll be a cakewalk!' Tikal walks away from Silver and waves him goodbye, saying, 'See you later, Silver! I'll invite you to my team.' Silver continues walking on his own, thinking, 'Those algorithms will be the end of me...' He then pulls up his phone, messaging, 'Blaze, wsp?'

I made this Silver Scripts comic in 2024. I guess it aged too well.

Blaze is shown on a video call screen holding up a realistic drawing of a non-anthropomorphic wolf and saying, 'I may be a good artist, but AI may REPLACE artists. Companies may use AI instead to save money.' She then puts it down, looks at the camera, and says, smiling, 'Fortunately, I'm majoring in political science. I want to work for the government one day.' Silver, sitting at his desk with his laptop, says, 'Well, there's also the fear of AI replacing PROGRAMMERS too. And I'm studying to be one! Aren't programmers supposed to be at the top, while artists are near the bottom!'

Hey, I coded a webpage that shows the live countdown to Sonic the Hedgehog 4's release date. There's also a countdown for the "Universe Event Film". There's also a feed for the latest Sonic movie updates. Check it out! princesspandalover.com/sonic-4-coun... #SonicTheHedgehog #SonicMovie

Welp, trinket.io is going to shut down this year. I was introduced to this site in AP Computer Science Principles, and I used it to create small, silly programs with Python and HTML/CSS/JavaScript. I even used it for some web dev practice, such as a Sonic RNG! #coding #python #webdev

A while later, can the conveyor belt stop spawning only ring packs and instead spawn rarer packs more often, so I can see if the Babylon Rogues are in this game (5/6)

Me in Sonic Card Collection on Roblox. I have gotten some Crisis and Adventure pack cards, but still just Ring packs on the conveyor.

"Knuckles' Card Grading Machine" seems to be that predatory mechanic in which how much you enhance (or dehance) your card is random, and you pay rings every time. (4/6)

UI for Knuckles' Card Grading Machine in Sonic Card Collection on Roblox. Note how the D rank sign has a white bakcground on the card.

...but, the UI design needs LOTS of work, the environment seems to be made from free models, and I would like the random pop-up for buying admin commands to stop. I have no idea why the card designs look good instead. (3/6)

Gameplay is okay like in every trend-chasing game (you buy card packs on a conveyor, wait for them to open, and collect money from cards). (I can't click on the Classic Amy card.) (2/6)

Me playing Sonic Card Collection on Roblox. Card packs spawn on the conveyor belt and some that are bought are put down to be opened after some time. There is physically a big binder of cards to click on for rings.

So, I was browsing my Roblox recommendations when I came across the game Sonic Card Collection. Because I saw those trading card collecting games and thought, "Can there be a Sonic one?", I HAD to play it. #Roblox #SonicTheHedgehog (1/6)

I tried to get this fully done for Spirit Week, with shading and all, but I could only achieve flat colors in time. I hope y'all enjoy the effort I put into this! I haven't done finished full-color art in YEARS.

I left the Switch at the other house, I don't have movies on demand, I'm not interested in any shows, and I'm going to abstain from IDW at the moment. Today, with this sketchbook in hand, I'm enjoying the Sonic fanart that I create on my own.

"It's the Same Teacher!" - Silver Scripts, a semi-autobiographical Sonic the Hedgehog fancomic about Silver as a computer science student #comic #SonicTheHedgehog #college

The crayfish professor walks to the table in the lecture hall and announces, 'Hello, students. Welcome to Software Engineering I! Hope you read the syllabus...'. Silver and Tikal are sitting at their desks with their laptops open. Silver sees the professor and exclaims, 'It's Doctor Riverbend, the same professor as Systems and C Programming!' He then asks, 'If he teaches that amount of classes, then how much free time does he have?' Tikal replies, 'He must be a workaholic.' As Silver plays a game on his laptop (with 'footsteps' and 'boop' sound effects), he mutters, 'I'd die if I had that much work, and I'm already suffering.' With her notebook, Tikal responds, 'Me too.'

"Heart Over Head" - Silver Scripts, a semi-autobiographical Sonic the Hedgehog fancomic about Silver as a computer science student #comic #SonicTheHedgehog

Silver sits with Tikal in the lecture hall with their laptops. Tikal greets him, 'Silver, it's you, again!' Silver replies, 'Third year together!' Tikal says, 'I've read the syllabus and we get to make our own software. My artistic sense is tingling!' She giddily says, 'I already have an idea: A Chao-themed social network, complete with Chao avatars and virtual worlds!'. This is while she is beaming with Chao icons on her eyes and her hands clasped, being surrounded by imaginary Chao. Back to reality, while Tikal is still cheery, Silver leans back and responds, 'Nice, but we only have three months and a few people. I have a hard time coming up of an idea practical for that.'
