Yes, it's important not to directly support J.K. Rowling. I'm British, I've seen what she's done to our politics in slow motion and excruciating detail. But no large demographic on this very liberal, very left-wing website is doing that at this point. Spreading the word about it here is pointless.

I don't tip because, having not grown up surrounded by American cultural norms, I'm really not sure how it's my problem or my fault if the waiter's boss doesn't pay them a living wage? Either ask for a raise or quit, don't blame random third parties for your inhumane working conditions.
