I commissioned @icyscratchy.bsky.social to make more custom gear, and it's finally ready! I will be using this gear in the near future as well. Thanks for accepting my commission, Scratchy! :) NOTE: Please don't ask if I'm making the models public. #sourcefilmmaker #splatoon

I took screenshots of my description so I won't go over the character limit. But see please the thread below on the reasoning for this post. It was quite a lot to write and get out my mind, but I do feel a lot better.

I wonder if this is also affecting crushes too. Because I've been playing each day so far, and yet few of my miis (whom I have specific relationship settings for) are taking forever to fall for or stopped crushing on altogether no matter how much I pair them

Honestly, should I get more 3D modeling experience, I'd totally wanna bring all those SplatCafe treats to life... They look so good! XD

WAIT A SECOND... You mean YOU'RE the artist I found a year ago with the SplatCafe posts and never realized until NOW!?

Broken’s Entry - Clover OC by @princess-i.bsky.social #splatoon #splatoc

“Once upon a time we were bitter rivals, to where neither of us tolerated each other. But through the challenges and hardships, our rivalry became a pact of brotherhood as strong as the deadliest tide. You are what makes a strong captain. A man who learns from their mistakes, and a leader who’s always willing to hear his own comrades out. Couldn’t have asked for a better man to meet on the turf.”

One suggestion I have is to make an "alt" appearance in headshot form with a simpler hairstyle. This is good for not just regular artists, but for SFM artists because it's not as easy to replicate Broken's hair in SFM than it is with Gmod, where a simple dupe subscription is all you need.

"Land and Sky" And for another post, I decided to make a crossover featuring two captains I'm familiar with! @princess-i.bsky.social 's Clover of the Green Planters and @electrafirefly.bsky.social 's Amelia of the Soaring Squids. Truly a battle of grand proportions! #Gmod #Splatoon #Art

For those who may get notified that I made a few posts only to see they're not there, my apologies. I planned to upload something, but Firefox is facing an issue for BlueSky with images uploading as pure black images... At least on my end, it is. I need to wait until it's fixed.

I've always wondered what Nintendo's 3D artists were thinking making the ink/octo's t-pose finger positions in Splat 1/2. Because of how they are, it's a massive pain making them work with custom gear and takes way more time. Splat 3's fingers are way better since they're flat and not curved at all.
