I did my birthday stream and then work took over my life, but I’m trying to do a little something this week! ♥️ All the energy from judging at Toon Fusion has me amped haha

So it seems like the person who originally rigged my model is no longer doing rigging… I want to add a new outfit or two, can anyone suggest me someone who would be willing to work with me on that? All the vgen stuff I’m finding is for full model rigging which I don’t exactly need :,) #vtubing

Oops! Forgot this account existed. I’m streaming again, apparently my antivirus firewall was blocking my face tracking but it’s all fixed now 🩵 🕷️ #vtuber #vsky #vtubesky #streamschedule #indievtuber

Honestly the way my performance drastically changed when I went from an HDD to an SSD is crazy, and I would def recommend especially if you want to do a dual drive system to boot from the SSD. it’s so fast 😳

👑 Prince ✨ ( cyan.web era - 🕷️ 💙) VT @princeofsocks.vtubers.social · 08/12/2024

I have two storage drives both SSD that I run from (I have a third SSD drive, which is just a boot drive for my OS) but I don’t think more RAM could hurt, I’ve got two open slots but we’ll see when/if I can afford an upgrade 🫠 I did build my PC so I know a couple things (maybe)

I for some reason made the choice to use higher quality facial tracking through multiple apps and devices, even though it doesn’t really make a difference with the model that I drew, and that’s fully my own fault 💀 lmao

👑 Prince ✨ ( cyan.web era - 🕷️ 💙) VT @princeofsocks.vtubers.social · 08/12/2024

I’m playing veilguard and I can stream directly from my gaming computer as long as I keep the graphics on low, but my computer can HANDLE the graphics on high, so outsourcing my vtuber & heavy duty face tracking to a separate streaming pc is the move I think. 💀 it’s just so much setup

👑 Prince ✨ ( cyan.web era - 🕷️ 💙) VT @princeofsocks.vtubers.social · 08/12/2024

I do not, but I think the issue is just that my WebCam is so old. It’s like … 10+ years old? I really just use it to show my cat. 😂 So it’s not a huge deal and the stream deck thing is most likely user error. I didn’t have the application open while I was trying to press buttons… so … lol

👑 Prince ✨ ( cyan.web era - 🕷️ 💙) VT @princeofsocks.vtubers.social · 08/12/2024

I’m losing my mind 😭 To be able to stream any of the games that I want to with the exception of overwatch it’s best practice to use a dual PC set up, but all of my plug-ins are DP and I only have HDMI 💀 also my stream deck is not working and nor is my cat cam for no discernible reason..

Sketching my Rook turned into painting my Rook and it quickly got out of hand 🫠 (I used the randomized name I got because Pari felt like it fit him, particularly w the Mourn Watch bg 🥰) #dragonagetheveilguard #datvart #dragonagerook #veilguard

Yes, and depending on where you source from and if those people use original/traditional techniques utilizing natural materials it is not “disastrous”. I was not speaking about mass production of new materials by companies. I personally source from vintage and reuse as many materials as possible.

It was in fact a $300 repair BUT new graphics card was (free) cause I installed a new one for a friend and he gave it to me :3

IT WAS THE POWER SUPPLY 🎉 He offered to replace my thermal paste as well cause I HATE doing that. I have JUST enough money in my account to pay for the repair 😭

I also wanted to voice my gratitude to everyone who shared my posts or ended up grabbing a pose from the gift wrap set. I certainly have my work cut out for me, but I will definitely be able to afford whatever needs to happen to get my computer working again. Thank you all so much 😭 💜

That being said, I did upgrade my graphics card because I thought that might have been the issue so whenever I get my computer back to stream, we will be playing on wonderful beautiful graphics settings.

After more trial and error, I think that it’s the power supply and the guy at the shop agrees with me. He hasn’t looked into it yet, but they’re going to deal with my computer within the next three days. I’m praying that it will be an inexpensive fix.
