Crime Crackers's main dialog proportional font is fully working! Haven't settled on an actual font yet and the text isn't final by any means, but it's working :) @rahanakero.bsky.social (who did Splatterworld) has translated all of Act 1 so far!

Crime Crackers memory card screen. The dialog text says "If you're starting fresh, then select NEW GAME. Otherwise, choose a file!" NEW GAME is highlighted in yellow.

Crime Crackers story screen. Emilia on the top of the screen is saying "Phew, it's been nothing but work lately, huh? Hey, guys... Don't you wanna take a break soon?" Parrot on bottom of the screen is saying "Oh, that would be splendid. Us old-timers aren't supposed to work this hard, you know."

Another story screen. Emilia is saying "Set a course for the Bolero! Trace that SOS, full speed ahead!" The other character (whose name I'm not sure we've settled on yet) is saying "Aww, but I was gonna go shopping..."

Action screen. Emilia is saying "Okay, team! If we take out the pirates' leader, they'll scatter like rats!" One of the other characters is mid-blink and looks quite smug.

If you ever enjoyed My Hero Academia before you gotta watch this final season. Every episode has been incredible and hits hard. more intense than anything else that came before. Hard for me to recommend anyone watch a show with this many episodes but it’s worth it to see this last season.

I am wondering what you thought. NYCC keeps getting more anime and manga stuff so it's looking interesting. Where can I find your blog, I would like to read your thoughts.

As much as I love the Chrono Trigger soundtrack, Chrono Cross music is also great and this is probably the best overworld song in any game. Going to try to sleep to this www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpCk...

Absolutely falling in love with audio now. The IEMs were only 30 dollars and sound mind blowing. The Sennheiser HD600s with the FiiO K5 Pro amplifier sound even better. Was listening to music with them a lot but now watching anime and it's so much more immersive. I feel happy!

My thoughts are that probably because ITG became more of a play-at-home kind of game and DDR is more played in public. Also that focus on ITG stamina just pushing people physically.

Starting my slow transformation into an audiophile. Bought these Sennheiser HD600 headphones and a DAC.

That’s cool you got to visit! I’ve considered stopping by. I only stayed overnight for the snes mini launch. Very fun but I wouldn’t do it again. I’m almost 43 now and don’t really sleep easily on a folding chair on the street.

Having a great time at Anime Boston this year. Best AB yet with lots of good panels and the concert with Reol and Blue Encount was amazing.
