Here are some pictures of Marley lying in the sun on the deck at different times today. Each photo shows an orange cat on a wooden deck. #Caturday #CatsofMastodon #Cats

Here's Marley with his head up and eyes tightly closed, facing the sun.

In this picture, Marley is sleeping, lying spread out full length, with his head turned toward the camera and resting on his left front paw

This time Marley is sleeping again, on his left side, with his head resting on his right front paw.

Now the sun isn't hitting the deck directly anymore, so Marley has deigned to come sit on me. He is standing on my chest looking directly at the camera.

Sink cat Sophie. She's sitting up in the sink, hoping that our orange cat doesn't see her. #catsOfMastodon #cats #caturday

This is a photo of a small, long-haired, gray cat. She sitting in a stainless steel sink, with a burgundy washcloth draped over the front edge of it.

Here's me at my local No Kings rally. That's my pink pussy hat from the Women's March in 2017.

A picture of a woman at her local No Kings rally. She's wearing a pink pussy hat and dark sunglasses, and she's holding a sign that says "Impeach, Convict, Remove."

Happy #Caturday to those who celebrate. Here's my Marley, having a nap. I'm 72, and this guy is my first ever orange cat. He is such a lover ❤️ #cats #catsOfMastodon

This is my little cat Sophie. She stands up against this print sometimes; I think she's checking to see if there's something interesting on top of the frame. But who knows what they are ever thinking? I know it's Sunday morning here, but I haven't been to bed […] [Original post on mstdn.social]

@Chip_Unicorn And here are some silly pictures of cats that I have used to entertain the kids I work with. Not my cats, just pics I have found on the interwebs.

This is a close-up picture of a tabby cat wearing a short black wig with its ears poking through the wig.

This is a picture of an Abercrombie & Fitch tote bag. It has a picture of a buff male body on the side of it. The picture of the male's face is cut off at the nose, and there's is a cat in the bag looking up over the edge of the bag. The cat's nose and eyes blend perfectly into the top of the male's face. So it looks like a man with part of a cat's face. I'm sorry, it's hard to describe accurately, but it's pretty funny-looking.

It's #Caturday, my friends! So I'm gifting you some photos of my dear ones. Dark cat is Shadow, sitting on our deck. Orange cat is Marley, lying on our deck. Gray cat is Sophie, sitting on our deck railing. #Cats #CatsOfMastodon

This is a photo of Shadow. He's a brown/gray/black short-haired cat, and he's sitting on our deck looking through the railing at some beautiful green leaves.

This is a photo of Marley. He's a short-haired sleepy orange cat sunbathing on our deck.

This is a photo of Sophie. She's a long-haired gray cat sitting on our deck railing. It's nighttime, and she's silhouetted against the night sky.

Happy #Caturday, my friends! Here's my Marley. He's lying on the top level of a cat tree. He's a sleepy guy. My first orange cat after 72 years of having cats! Not because I didn't want an orange cat, just because one was never sent my way before. #CatsOfMastodon #cats #MastoCats

This is a photo of an orange cat lying on a cat tree in front of a window. You can see the greenery of our yard behind him. He's resting his head on his front paws, and his eyes are almost closed.

It's still #Caturday somewhere! I wish for you a buddy like these two #Cats are buddies ❤️ The orange cat is Marley, who is about 15 years old, and on the right is Shadow, who's about 17. They spent most of their lives as barn cats with another family, but now […] [Original post on mstdn.social]

These two are just loafing around here on a #Caturday night. On the left is our orange cat, Marley, and on the right is our brown and black cat, Shadow. #CatsOfMastodon #Cats

A #caturday photo that's mostly described in the post.

Both cats have their front paws tucked into their chests in the "loaf" position.
