Switching to GLM 5.3 Flash in the middle of a session was not a good idea. Seems the device is bricked now :( Only getting boot loops. Having GLM 5.3 fix this problem will probably cost a lot more than the whole device :D

So turns out a good old human-powered search is more effective than reverse engineering. Found a writeup of an exploit for this chipset on GitHub and fed it to the AI, now we're on our way to a root shell (powered by GLM 5.3 Flash).

Did not get any relevant results within my credit budget. I've now spent about 35$ on this with Qwen 3.8. I am moving to DeepSeek v4 Flash now, which is A LOT cheaper. I'll give the handover to DeepSeek and let it run for the rest of the day.

Just asked gpt-6-astra to build me a React SPA, and the result is complete trash. It put everything into a single huge component file and it did not use Tailwind as I prompted, but instead wrote a ton of manual CSS. Result looks okay and works, but the code is shit.
